Meera Kapoor

I started practicing yoga at nineteen, during a year I mostly remember for how loud it was — deadlines, a packed train every morning, a mind that never sat still. Yoga was the first place I found quiet. Twelve years, three teacher-training certifications, and thousands of students later, I still teach for that same reason: to hand people a way back to their own breath.

My approach blends classical Hatha alignment with the pacing of modern life — sessions are built around your schedule, your body, and whatever brought you to the mat, whether that's a bad back, a busy mind, or simple curiosity.

Frequently Asked

Do I need any prior yoga experience to join?
Not at all. Most of our students start as complete beginners. Every class is taught with modifications so you can progress at your own pace.
What's the difference between online and offline sessions?
Online sessions are live over video with the same real-time guidance as in-studio classes, plus a recording to revisit. Offline sessions happen in our studio space with hands-on adjustments.
What equipment do I need to get started?
Just a mat and comfortable clothing. Props like blocks and straps are provided in-studio, or can be improvised at home with items you already own.
Can I pause or cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, all memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can pause, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account or by messaging us directly.
Is prenatal yoga safe throughout pregnancy?
Our prenatal classes are designed trimester by trimester. We always recommend a quick check-in with your doctor before starting any new practice during pregnancy.
